If you change your mind about a product you've purchased from us, you're welcome to return it for an exchange or refund (excluding the shipping costs).
REFUND
BY POST
1. Carefully package the product up.
2. Send a email to : sugarcatz@hotmail.my to inform which items and reason you need to return.

4. The purchase price (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the item in original condition.
EXCHANGE
BY POST
1. Carefully package the product up.
2. Contact our Customer Experience team regarding the exchange item and their availability.
3. Send to:

Taman Melodies,
80250, Johor Bahru,Johor.
4. Bank in the shipping charges to our bank account.
5. We will post out the exchange item to you upon receive the return item in original condition.
CONDITIONS OF REFUND/EXCHANGE
- Item is returned within 7 days upon received.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
- The returned item is unused with original packaging.
- Returned item is not a promotion item.
OTHER INFORMATION
No receipt?
If you do not have the original receipt or proof of purchase, we will happily exchange or provide a gift voucher valued at its current retail price, as long as the purchase meets the above criteria.
Faulty item?
If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.
